Kyle M. Zeller

Kyle M. Zeller – a University of Virginia Law School graduate and former King & Spalding Attorney – is Of Counsel to Singer Deutsch LLP. Mr. Zeller’s practice is concentrated on intellectual property matters relating to patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. Mr. Zeller’s background is in Nuclear Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his experience spans a wide variety of software, electrical, mechanical and chemical technologies. He is also one of only five percent of New York metro attorneys to be designated as a "New York Super Lawyer Rising Star" in 2021 and 2022 having been chosen for this distinction by both his peers and through independent research conducted by Law & Politics.

Mr. Zeller is a registered patent attorney and specializes in transactional patent matters, including portfolio management, preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications, prosecution of reexamination patent applications, patent due diligence, freedom to operate investigations, as well as all aspects of patent licensing and litigation.

Contract Due Diligence including review of intellectual property licensing, research and development agreements, software and content development agreements and other intellectual property related agreements and communication of findings to clients through written and oral communications.

Patent Litigation experience in representing chemical, electronics, consumer products and financial services clients in patent litigation matters, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions and preparing invalidity and non-infringement strategy.
